- How did their belief in eternal life affect the way they lived and died.?
Once again in 1955 because of overcrowding it was
decided to build a new church on the same site to seat 250
people. This church was opened in the fall of 1956, after
much hard work and sacrifices by the congregation, but
again in 1963 this was found to be too small, and in 1964
the present church was expanded to seat 350 people. In
addition a residence was built for a resident Pastor; the
present church also has a Parish Hall in the basement.
The Parish now serves a congregation of 472 families
with two services each weekend, and a resident Pastor.
